Our villa apartments have a beautiful view to the sea. To arrive there you follow the the 1st Regional Road which winds through a beatiful hilly route with an amphitheatrical view of the sea. 200m away is the church of Agios Nikolaos and the famous beachy sands of Vasilikos. The apartments are surrounded by a natural environment abundent with pine trees, olive trees, cyprus trees and vineyards, where goats and sheep graze freely and rabits roam the grounds. The entire area is situated within the protective zone of the National Sea Park of Zakynthos which protects the sea turtle Caretta-Caretta and its breeding areas. Many paths lead from the apartments to the island's other beautiful beaches located within this natural habitat such as Gerakas, Porto Roma, Mela and Daphne, where the sea turtles lay their eggs. Close by one can find many taverns, mini markets, snack bars on the beaches and even a small open area disco bar. Another beach close by offers all kinds of sea sports. These are new stone built traditional villa apartments with all the comforts for the visitor who wishes to spend a vacation in a natural environment with a view to the sea and close to beautiful beaches famous for being the breeding grounds of the sea turtle Caretta Caretta.There are 6 independent 120 sq m maisonettes with 30 sq m covered verandas and a breathtaking view of the sea. The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6, a living room and a wc. A wooden stairway leads to the second floor which has 2 bedrooms a hallway and a bathroom.

Each villa has covered and open verandas with a view of the sea, lighting and furniture and independent entrances. Each villa has its own heating system, hot water, fireplace and tv. Outdoor parking covers all and any needs of each visitor. All the furniture is traditional, locally handmade from wood, iron or woven materials, very comfortable and functional. The entire complex has been built with stone and traditional brick using biological and ecological materials and in accordance with the highest structural standards and regulations to withstand any earthquake.
