The family farm and Lithies Houses are located in the centre of Vassilikos which is in the south of Zakynthos, within the borders of the National Park of Zakynthos.Not only are we set in a beautiful forest location, we are also near superb beaches the nearest being only 800 m away. 1.) Lithies houses have several types of accommodation on offer, to best suit your individual needs. There are three houses which are suitable for 6 people and are 66 m2 in size.

-----------------"Irini", "Zoi" & "Eleftheria" houses.

They consist of two bedrooms, one has a double bed and a single bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower and WC.

There is a kitchen, complete with all cooking utensils, electric plates and oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and a big table that seats up to 6 people. All houses have air-conditioning and washing machine. These houses also have a spacious balcony with views of the surrounding forest and the sea.


-----------------Hara house is 56 m2 and has two bedrooms

One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee machine, and all utensils. The house has air conditioning and washing machine.

2.) There are two stone houses which are each 52 m2 in size; these are called Areti and Galini.

Each house is built on two floors and is suitable for 2-5 people. Downstairs there is a living room with a double sofa bed. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee machine and fridge. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC. Upstairs there is a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Upstairs there is a large balcony, with lovely views over the sea and gardens. Both houses have air conditioning.

Lithies Houses have a wide range of facilities on offer to our guests. Our superb location in our large area of private land ensures that you will have a peaceful stay here. We have 10 honey boxes and make homemade honey, as well as homemade olive oil and wine. If you are a guest in the houses, these will be available for you to purchase.
