Set amongst the greenery of the zakynthian vineyards, in the unspoilt, picturesque village of Kallithea, with a perfect combination of mountains, valleys and the lovely blue sea nearby, they are ideal for those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday away from it all.

The houses have been constructed according to the traditional Greek and Zakynthian style, with wooden ceilings and furniture giving each house a unique style.The houses are set in landscaped gardens of 25,000 sqm, which is owned by the Therianos family. Each house has its own individual garden with a variety of flowers and trees and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and natural surroundings of Zakynthos.

The location of these villas is ideal as it is situated in the centre of the island giving easy access to all the resorts. 400m away from the houses is the old village of Kallithea that has been there since before the famous earthquake of 1953 where you can witness the old traditional architecture of the buildings and ancient olive groves while wandering along the country paths.

Nearby is various amenities including supermarket, butchers and bakery and also the medical centre. Just 2km away is the beautiful golden beaches and relaxing resorts of Alykes and Alykanas. The Therianos family home is in the same vicinity as the villas and they are on hand 24hrs a day to give you advice or help in anyway.

Two of the four villas comprise of kitchen/ living area which have one bedroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor with one double bed and two single, modern separate bathroom with shower, w.c. and hand-basin with hot water 24hrs. Each hosts easily 2-4 persons. Each villa opens out on to a private terrace with splendid rural views.


-------------------Villa "Symban"(meaning Universe) and Villa "Zoe"(meaning Life)

The remaining two villas comprise of living room with kitchen area, one separate bedroom with double bed and three single beds in living area and separate modern bathroom with shower, w.c. and hand-basinwith hot water 24hrs. Each hosts easily 2-5 persons.
