The Tsiolis have a variety of self-catering studios sleeping 2-4 persons, one or two bedroom apartments sleeping 2-8 persons, and luxury suites sleeping 2-6 persons. The two buildings are set up 80m from each other (Block A and Block B) offering the same facilities and lovely views.

Tsiolis Block A is elevated from street level. The upper floor studios have private balconies while the lower floor have a big-shared terrace. Our terrace is beautifully fenced and provides lock up gates for toddlers to play in a safe environment. It is very important for parents to enjoy themselves as much as their kids will.
There is access to a big private garden area ncxt door. It has been carefully thought out for the lower floor to accommodate family size rooms and apartments. This inspires children to make friends and new playmates. We know the things that can make a self-catering holiday a little more comfortable.
All our rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold), satellite TV, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and a safety deposit box. Upon arrival you will find a welcome packet and a free mini bar. Another of our considerations to your comfort is daily maid service with frequent linen & towel changes.
On a late departure we will do our best to make a room available until that time. We arrange taxi service to and from the airport, which brings you to your destination within minutes. Upon arrival we will be there to show you to your room.
Hot water is available all day. Each studio has a telephone for local and international calls. Our telephone system is computerized and calculates the cost of calls at the same rate as the public telephone booths. Also available is receptionist service and self programmed wake-up calls.There are 4 studios upstairs and a honeymoon suite for any newlyweds or couples wanting to spend a romantic holiday together.
All rooms are self-catering with kitchenette that consists of fully stocked cupboards with everything you may need to make a full breakfast or snack. They are twin or double bedded with shower-wc, some can take extra beds if required. The lower floor consists of a one & two bedroom apartment and two family studios.

Tsiolis Block B has been fully renovated (2008). All studios and apartments have private balconies with mountain, garden or sea views. There is a variety of studios that sleep 2 persons (double or twin bedded). Two of our bigger studios sleep up to 4 persons (double bed and bunk beds).
The lower floor caters for three apartments, each with its own private balcony. The lovely fenced up garden area in front offers total privacy and a safe area for children to play from the main street.

Tsiolis Luxury Suites are situated three floors above the street level providing breathtaking views. These brand new luxurious apartments have been equipped with the best in quality and style. Consisting of two bedrooms that lock up for privacy, one with a double bed the other with two singles. Pull out sofa beds can cater for 1-2 extra persons in the living room area.
There is a proper kitchen with a cooker and spacious counters for your meal preparation. All the modern electrical appliances are offered along with fully stocked cupboards with everything you may need to make a proper family meal. The kitchen/dining room/living room areas are open plan to give your family plenty of space. The all-around windows provide lovely sunshine to brighten the atmosphere.
Plasma TV, DVD/CD player, Internet access are just a few of the comforts that have been added on. We have taken special pride in modern decor with iron cast furniture to allow you to enjoy every moment of your holiday here in Zante. Caters for one person on the sofa bed in the living room area. It has a huge long balcony with sea view.
Tsiolis Luxury Suites no 2 with mountain view (sleeps 4+2):
Caters for two persons on the pull out sofa bed in the living room area. It has a big half-moon balcony and two smaller balconies, all with mountain views.
